Stress, Anxiety, Depression these words don’t require any introduction, we are completely aware of all these things. In a stressful situation it is very easy to advice someone to eat good food, meditate, etc. But the person who is dealing with anxiety, he or she only knows that when they are in stress nothing works for them. So today I am going to tell you a few steps to overcome stress.
- Self Realisation
When you are stressed an about something, just sir alone for some time with yourself and find the reason behind your stress. You can ask questions to yourself like ‘why am I stressed’, ‘Am I doing the right thing.’ And after these questions if you find any problem because of which you are suffering, find the root cause of that problem. This way you will realise that most of the things that make you feel stressed are very small but still you were taking stress about them.
- Become solution oriented
Now if you have found out any problem with yourself, start finding different solutions with respect to that problem. For Example, if you are a student and you are stressed about your studies. You should first find out that which subject makes you feel stressed. After which you can start finding solutions like taking extra classes for that subject, studying with focus, asking doubts, managing your time for that subject. - Act Act Act
Now the next step is to just act which means start implementing the solutions that you have found out for yourself, because at the end of the day the most important thing is to act and not just sit and think. Action plays a very important role in overcoming any problem. You can also take help of your family and friends they will motivate you and guide you to overcome stress and do your best.
Just stop being so afraid of life, life is beautiful, and you are also. There is solution to every problem, just find it and work nonstop towards it.
