Nowadays due to this social media era, our productivity is getting depleted day by day. We are always finding excuses and shortcuts to do the work, but the most important thing that we must remember is that life is not a shortcut. We will have to work hard to achieve our goals and fulfill our dreams.

Today I will tell you about ways to increase your productivity and work effectively and efficiently in the same 24 hours achieving the maximum output.

  1. Make a TO DO LIST and not a timetable

Don’t depend on the conventional timetable, in which you must mention the things that you will do every minute. These timetables are very hard to follow and impractical as well. These timetables are impractical because they are very rigid, you can’t make changes to them.

On the other hand, if you make a to-do list you will be able to know the tasks you have to do the whole day, and at the end of the day, it will give you immense pleasure when you tick all of them. This simple activity will make you feel that you have achieved something and through this, bet you will be able to do many things, you will be able to follow your passion as well your profession.

  1. Simpler tasks 

In this step when you are writing the tasks, you can trick you brain and write the tasks in such a way in which they are easily achievable.

For example:- If you want to complete a chapter today instead of writing ‘complete this chapter’ you can play smart and you can write ‘complete a particular topic of this chapter’ this will make you feel that the task is easy and you will be tempted to do it and once you have started, you can push yourself to end it because you have already completed the basics of that chapter.

  1. Giving rewards

Once you start achieving your goals and tasks you can give a reward to yourself to motivate yourself to do better and keep your energy like this only. A scoop of ice cream, sometime to play, watching a film, etc. can be the various rewards to maintain that spirit throughout the task.
